While candidates are requested to keep their Registration number and user credentials safe and handy, in certain cases, the following steps can be followed to retrieve lost/forgotten credentials:

• Go to the SSC official portal – www.ssc.nic.in

• Click on the ‘Login’ window on the homepage

• Click on the option saying ‘Forgot Password’

• Select the ‘Permanent State’ option and key in your registered mobile number or email ID

• Wait for the OTP to generate and enter the same

• Check your Registration number and change your password 

• Login with new user credentials to check SSC GD Constable Result 2023
