<p>TISSNET 2016- Exam Date Announced
One of the premier institutes of India in Social Science, The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has recently announced the dates for its National Eligibility Test (TISSNET). The test is a gateway to Masters in Social Work and various other Masters programmes.
Masters programmes by TISS are offered in various campuses like Mumbai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad, Guwahati, IMHST Chennai, MHAT Calicut and G-SET Ranchi.
• The exam is scheduled to be held on January 9, 2016,
• The last date to apply online is November 30, 2015.
• The results will be sent by e-mail on February 2, 2015.
• The exam are going to be conducted at 39 centres.
The candidates can apply for a maximum of three programmes across any two of the TISS campuses and other location. Interested candidates applying for this exam should have a Bachelor's degree and that too of minimum 3 years duration. Final year students are also eligible to apply for the programme.
Being a computer-based entrance exam, there will be objective type questions on Social Sensitivity, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Ability including Knowledge on contemporary issues. The duration comprises of 100 Minutes.
