HYDERABAD:The State Council of Higher Education has officially announced the detailed counselling schedule for the Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TG POLYCET) 2026. Aspiring candidates looking for admission into diploma courses across engineering and non-engineering streams in the state can now plan their admission process according to the released timeline.
While the officialTG POLYCET 2026 results are eagerly anticipated and expected to be declared before May 23, 2026, the authorities have proactively laid out the roadmap for the first phase of counselling. The processing window kicks off with Round 1 Registration, which is scheduled to take place fromMay 27 to May 31, 2026. During this period, candidates must log on to the official website to pay their processing fees and initiate their applications.

Following registration, the online slot booking for certificate verification will remain open from May 29 to June 1, 2026. The physical certificate verification process at designated help-line centres will commence on May 29 and wrap up by June 3, 2026. The much-awaited Round 1 seat allotment results will be officially declared on June 6, 2026. Shortlisted students will then have a two-day window, spanning June 8 and June 9, 2026, to report to their respective allotted institutions and secure their admission. For candidates who miss out or wish to upgrade their options, the second phase of counselling is scheduled to commence shortly after June 15, 2026.
