TS POLYCET 2022 Counselling Date: Know when counselling expected to begin

The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana will start the TS POLYCET 2022 counselling process tentatively in August, 2022 in online mode. The authorities will release the notification for the TS POLYCET counselling process by the end of July 2022. The candidates, who have qualified the TS POLYCET exam 2022, are eligible for the TS POLYCET 2022 counselling process. 

To participate in the counselling process of TS POLYCET 2022, the candidates should pay the processing fees and then book a slot for the document verification process. The authorities will take place the document verification process in offline mode. Once the document verification process will be done, the candidates should register for the TS POLYCET counselling process and also lock the choice of their preferable institutes.

Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee

At first, the eligible candidates should deposit the processing fee. The payment should be done via online payment methods (credit card/ debit card/ net banking). Along with the processing fee, the candidates should submit the TS POLYCET important documents such as date of birth, ICR form number , class 10 hall ticket number.

Step 2: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

Next, the candidates have to book the slots for completing the document verification process.

Step 3: Documents Verification Process

The candidates should report to the counselling centre for document verification on the slot booked by them. Then the candidates must carry the original and photocopies of all the required documents for verification. After the successful verification process, the candidates will be eligible for the option entry.

Step 4: TS POLYCET Registration

In the next step, the candidates have to complete the registration for web based TS POLYCET counselling 2022. In this regard, the candidates should create a password for safety purposes. The communication regarding the seat allotment process will be done through the account only.

Step 5: Option Entry 

After successful registration, the candidates should participate in the option entry process in online mode. Now, the candidates have to select the combination of course and Institute as per their preferences. The candidates have to choose the maximum choices for increasing the chances of seat allotment.

Step 6: Locking of Choices

Next, the candidates have to lock the choices chosen by them during the option entry before the last date. Nonetheless, if the candidates do not submit their choices then they will be automatically locked after the last date and the candidates will not be capable of making any further changes.

Step 7: TS POLYCET Seat Allotment 

Based on the merit and the choices locked by the candidates, the TS POLYCET seat allotment process will be done. The result regarding the seat allotment of TS POLYCET 2022 will be done through their individual accounts. To check the result, the candidates have to login their account. If the seat allot,emt will be done, then the candidates should download the TS POLYCET seat allotment letter, which comprises the details like name of the institutes and course allotted to them.

Step 8: Reporting at the Allotted College

The candidates have to report to the allotted institutes with a seat allotment letter and receipt of payment.
