UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 Question Paper Analysis: The Union Public Service Commission conducted the UPSC Civil Service Examination (CSE) Prelims 2023 today, May 28 in two shifts. Shift 1 or the General Studies examination began at 9.30 am and ended at 11.30 am. Shift 2 or Civil Services Aptitude test commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 4.30 pm.
