Vagdevi Pharmacy College Celebrated Farewell Day

The junior students ofVagdevi Pharmacy College, Guntur bid a grand farewell to the senior outgoing students of college on 12-April-2016.The chief guest of the occasion was,Dr.Rama Rao, principal, Chalapathi Pharmacy College. The celebrations commenced at 5.00 PM. College principal,B.Srinivasa Raodelivered the welcome address.

Addressing the students, Chief Guest said, “Students have to explore various career opportunities in Pharma field. Students have to develop research attitude to excel themselves in pharma field. Students have to innovate new techniques in pharma research to achieve a good position. Patience and self-confidence are the essential factors for the growth of career in any field. Students must not only confine themselves for career options in pharma industries. There are lots of opportunities in medical transcription. It is the responsibility of students to explore career opportunities”. He appreciated the efforts of college management in assuring a maximum number of placements. The college has an excellent infrastructure and lab facilities which develops practical knowledge.

Prizes were distributed to the meritorious students of the college. Special appreciation awards were given to the students who got selected in campus placements. Cultural programs followed and students enthralled the audience with their dazzling performances. Students performed classical dance, western dance, skits and fashion show.
