35,70,579 Students Appearing for CBSE 10, 12 Term 2 Exams 2022: Report

35,70,579 students are supposed to appear for CBSE 10 and 12 Term 2 exams. This has been confirmed by the official notification released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on April 25, 2022. It had been decided prior that for 2022, the CBSE would conduct the Class 10 and 12 Term Exams in two terms so that Covid-19 transmission could be curbed. The Term 1 Examination has already been conducted following all protocols. The performance of the students has been recorded by the Board and the respective schools have been intimated. The Term 2 exams have just started from April 26, 2022 onwards. The class 10 exam is scheduled for 29 days and will conclude on May 24, 2022. The Class 12 exam is scheduled for a total of 51 days and will conclude on June 15, 2022. The total number of subjects for the Class 10 exam is 75, while for the Class 12 exam it is 114.

Class 12

All the intricate arrangements have been made for the conduction of Class 10, Class 12 CBSE Term 2 exams all over India and in 26 countries outside India. Safety protocol is being followed with the allocation of INR 5000 per school to buy Infrared Thermometer and INR 5 per student for sanitation, masks and so on.
