Admission Notice – University of Hyderabad Announces Distance PGD Programs 2016
Centre for Distance Education, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad invites applications for admission to distance Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) program offered in various subjects for the commencing session 2016 in Project Management, Library Automation & Networking, Cyber Laws & Intellectual Property Rights, Business Management, Communicative English, Criminal Justice & Forensic Science, Governance, Human Rights, Translation Studies in Hindi, Telecommunications, Chemical Analysis & Quality Management, Medicinal Botany and Energy Management.
Eligibility Criteria for -
PGD in Library Automation & Networking Program: Candidate should have a graduation degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
PGD in Translation Studies in Hindi Program: Candidate must be any graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
PGD in Telecommunications Program: Candidate must be any graduate with Maths and Physics or Electronics as subjects from a recognized University.
PGD in Chemical Analysis & Quality Management Program: Candidate should have a graduation degree with Chemistry or B.Pharmacy as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
PGD Programs: Candidate must be any graduate from a recognized University.
How to Apply-
Candidates can also download the application form from the website of the university and apply. Registration fee is Rs. 300/-. Printed prospectus and application fee is Rs. 350/-.
Payment can be made through D.D or bankers cheque from any nationalized bank obtained in the name of “Finance officer, University of Hyderabad".
Applications completed in all respects accompanied by copies of relevant certificates attested can be sent to "The Section Officer, Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning, University of Hyderabad, Golden Threshold Building, Abids , Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad - 500 001.
Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit. The marks obtained by the candidates in their graduate examination (i.e., B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.Lib.Sc/ B.E/ B.Tech/ M.A/ M.Sc/ M.Com/ MBA etc) is the basis on which the merit list for admission is prepared for all programs.
