AIAPGET 2021, also known as the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to M.D/ M.S/ PG Diploma courses in AYUSH (Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy). The aspirants must note that AIAPGET is the only gateway for PG AYUSH courses, and no state conducts an entrance test for the same. The important dates for AIAPGET 2021 have been released. AIAPGET 2021 new exam dates for certain events have been released. NTA postponed the exam date in the wake of COVID-19.

AIAPGET 2021 Admit Card

NTA (National Testing Agency) is responsible to release the admit card for AIAPGET 2021 exam. Candidates will be able to download the same by visiting the official website of NTA. The candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download the admit card of AIAPGET 2021 -

• Open the official website of NTA
• Scroll down the homepage, and you will find a link that indicates AIAPGET
• Click on the link
• The official portal of the exam will flash on the screen now
• Click on the option that indicates 'Download AIAPGET 2021 Admit Card'
• Enter the Application Number, Date of Birth and Security PIN
• Click on 'Submit'
• The admit card for the exam shall be displayed on the screen
• Download and take the printout of the AIAPGET 2021 Admit Card.

AIAPGET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Prior to applying for the national-level entrance exam for PG AYUSH courses in India, all aspirants are to qualify for the AIAPGET 2021 eligibility criteria mentioned below:

• Candidates who possess BHMS/ BSMS/ BUMS/ BAMS/ Graded BHMS degree with a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by CCH/ CCIM/ deemed universities/ universities/ state boards and have completed a one-year mandatory internship are eligible to appear for the exam.

• Candidates who are about to complete their internship after counselling are ineligible to apply for the exam.

AIAPGET 2021 Application Process

After qualifying the eligibility criteria, candidates must complete the following AIAPGET 2021 application process, as has been specified by the NTA.

• The online application form for AIAPGET 2021 can be filled through the official website of AIAPGET.
• Before proceeding with the filling of the online application, the candidates are advised to go through the ‘Registration Guide’ or ‘Information booklet’ available on the official website.
• All the applicants must have a valid and unique email address before commencing the registration process.
• After reading detailed instructions, come back to the homepage and click on ‘Apply Online.
• Firstly, complete the ‘New Registration’.
• Secondly, complete the ‘AIAPGET’ application process.
• Thirdly, make the payment of the exam fee.
• The exam fee for General Category/ OBC candidates is Rs. 2,000, while SC/ST/ PH candidates will have to pay Rs. 1,500.
• The exam fee can be paid in an online mode.
• After the fee payment, take the printout of the online application form.

AIAPGET 2021 Scheme of Examination

• AIAPGET will be a Computer-based Test (CBT).
• All the questions in AIAPGET are MCQ-based (Multiple Choice Questions).
• The duration of the exam is 90 minutes (1 ½ hour) and the candidates are required to answer 100 MCQs.
• One mark will be awarded to each correct answer and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
