AIMA MAT December 2025 PBT and CBT Exam Date AnnouncedMAT December 2025 PBT and CBT Examination: The All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially released the exam dates for MAT Dec 2025 session. According to the detailed notification issued by AIMA on its official website, mat.aima.in , the test will be held in two modes, viz., the Paper-Based Test (PBT) and Computer-Based Test (CBT). MAT is a national-level management entrance examination held by AIMA to get admission in MBA/ PGDM/ allied management programs in more than 600 B-schools in India.
As per the announcement, the PBT mode of MAT December 2025 will be conducted on December 13, 2025, and the CBT mode will be held on December 21, 2025 . The deadline to register for PBT is December 7, 2025, and that for CBT is December 15, 2025. AIMA has also announced a schedule for release of admit card for both test modes announcement has been issued. The PBT admit card can be downloaded from December 10, 2025, and that for the CBT from December 18, 2025. Candidates need to enter their registered email ID and date of birth to download the admit card.

MAT December 2025 Exam Pattern for PBT and CBT
The MAT 2025 December session will be conducted in accordance with the AIMA pattern, consisting of 150 MCQ-type questions. It aims to test the analytical and reasoning abilities required for studying management.
The question paper is divided into five important sections:
- Language Comprehension – 30 items
- Intelligence and Critical Reasoning – 30 questions
- Data Interpretation and Sufficiency: 30 questions
- Numerical Ability – 30 items
- Indian and Global Environment - 30 questions
Each correct answer is worth
one mark
, and
0.25 marks
will be deducted for a
wrong answer
. The maximum time allowed for the exam is 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes).
