The Department of Computer Centre MIT Campus, Anna University (Chennai), is looking forward to organizing a Hands-on Specialised Training Programme on Big Data Analytics using Hadoop on 11th November 2017.
The training programme aims to provide Big Data research aspirants with the requisite knowledge and skills that can help them gain experience in Apache Hadoop tools and techniques, which they can further implement in their own Big Data environment using open source tools. Hadoop is an open-source Java-based technology which allows processing and storage of large-scale data. It falls under Apache project, sponsored by the Apache software foundation.
This workshop is a must attend for scholars, students, faculty members who is interested in Big Data and hopes to apply for Big Data Analytics to provide acceptable solutions for the real-time applications.

The fee for the workshop will be as follows:
- Faculty Members and Research Scholars: Rs. 1,000/-
- UG and PG Students: Rs. 750/-
Please note the fee for the workshop is non-refundable. The number of participants is restricted to 30 and hence the registration process will be carried out on a “first come first served” basis.

While paying the workshop fee, interested applicants will have to draw a Demand Draft (DD) in the name of "The Dean, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai-600044" payable at Chennai. The last date of submission of form along with the demand draft of 3rd November 2017 at hadoopworkshopmit@gmail.com.
