• AP EAPCET 2022 rank card and hall ticket
• Memorandum of marks (Inter or equivalent)
• Proof of date of birth
• Transfet Certificate (TC)
• Study Certificate from class VI to Intermediate
• EWS certificate from MeeSeva 
• Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination
• Andhra Pradesh residence certificate of Parents
• Integrated Community Certificate

Post seat allotment, the candidates should accept ot surrender the allotted seats on or before November 14, 2022 as per their preference. To accept the seat allotment, the candidates should physically present to the respective reporting centre and need to complete the admission process.
