The Ashokrao Mane Polytechnic College won State Project First Rank prize of Rs 75 thousand. This prize distribution program was held at Solapur. Electrical Engineering third year students had participated in this project. A total of three hundred colleges in the state had participated in the event.
The Prize was presented to the following students -

Institute President Vijayshinh Mane, Vikasrao Mane, Executive Director Dr Dipak Mudgul was felicitated at the hands of successful students. The College Principal Ashish Patil, Prof.A.V.Kulkarni, Prof.A.R.Kadolkar, Prof.K.S.Patil were present.
About College -
Ashokrao Mane Polytechnic, Ambap(Kolhapur) is established by Shri.Balasaheb Mane Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Ambap in Academic Year 2010-11. It is the outcome vision of Late Shri. Ashokrao Mane that the people of this rural area should acquire the Engineering & Technical knowledge. Keeping this motive in mind Shri. Vijaysinh Ashokrao Mane (President) guiding our institute to exceed. Institution has a sought all necessary permission & affiliation from AICTE, New Delhi & Maharashtra Government.
New institutions building with good architectural design and amenities has came up. All the laboratories, workshop, class-room, are equipped with modern facilities. A central library with variety of books, references, journals, e-books and reading room facilities to acquire knowledge & wisdom. College experienced & qualified teaching staff are shouldering the academic front and paving the good records.
College is also providing sport facilities with separate Physical Director to guide the students.
