Kolhapur city has seen growth in industries in the past few years due to which reason BSIET enjoys a strong support of good industries. Training and Placement department of BSIET is actively involved in arrangements of Industrial Training and Placement for students.

About Training & Placement Cell-
The robust and proactive Training & Placement Cell (TnP Cell) of BSIET is the perfect bridge between the students and the corporate. It helps to enlighten & groom the students to acquire the necessary skills to secure their dream job. The main objective of the TnP Cell at BSIET is to create a platform where the employers can come and select fresh talents from the campus. Activities like Summer Internships and Mentoring Programmes are attempts to bridge the gap between the budding professionals and their prospective employers.
The Traning & Placement cell caters to the practical needs of the students by organizing various industrial visits to leading industries in the region. This gives a much-desired exposure to students and they are also able to feel the pulse, which they shall require tomorrow when they actually become a part of any organization. Cultural tours and excursions are also organized for students where they get exposed to the cultural heritage of our country and get a live experience of life away from home & controlled environments.
