CBSE Class 10 Result 2021 to be released soon. The date and time for the CBSE class 10 result 2021 are yet to be confirmed. Students will most likely be able to check their CBSE Class 10 Result 2021 via DigiLocker, Microsoft SMS Organiser, and Umang or through an interactive voice response system (IVRS). As per the marking policy of CBSE, although the students will be evaluated out of a maximum of 100 marks for each subject, 20 marks will be submitted by schools and 80 marks will be from scores in exams held during the academic year.

Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of examinations informed that some affiliated schools are yet to submit the marks of all students, thus the board will not be releasing the result this week.CBSE class 10 result 2021 is to be released by the end of next week.

CBSE class 10 board exam result can be accessed either through CBSE official website or through the result portals of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), powered by the Communications and IT Ministry, India. Follow the simple steps given below to check CBSE class 10 result 2020 -

  • Look up the link saying – CBSE Class 10th Results – and click on it.
  • Fill in the exam identification details i.e. your roll number and submit.
  • Your subject-wise score in CBSE 10th exams will be displayed on the screen.

Some of the major highlights of CBSE Class 10 Result 2020 are as follows:

  • More than 41,000 students have scored more than 95% marks in CBSE class 10 Result 2020
  • A total of  18,85,885 students had registered for CBSE class 10 exams 2020, out of which 18,73,015 appeared and 17,13,121 students have passed.
  • The board may decide to repeat its decision to not mark students 'Fail' in CBSE class 10 result. For class 12 the board did not mark 'Fail' instead mentioned 'Essential Repeat' in subjects for which exams were cancelled.
  • Girls passing percentage - 93.31%
  • Boys passing percentage - 90.14%

    Further, the CBSE is also considering to withhold the release of CBSE Class 10 and 12 merit lists, however, the same has not been confirmed. Due to increasing coronavirus cases, it had been decided to cancel the board exams and calculate the merit of the candidate based on their performance in internals and class assignments/assessments.

    Last year, the CBSE Class 10 exams 2019 concluded on March 29, 2019. CBSE had announced Class 10 Board Exams 2019 results on May 06, 2019. This year, the Class 10 results of CBSE is expected to be announced by July 15th, 2020. Students can access their subject-wise scores on the official website of CBSE once the results are out. The list of CBSE class 10 toppers2019will also be declared along with the result. Last year, 91.1% of students cleared the Class 10 exams.

    How to Get CBSE Class 10th Results via SMS, IVRS, and Mobile Apps?

    SMS: Candidates can also receive their CBSE class 10th results through SMS. All you have to do is type an SMS saying ‘cbse10 <roll number> <dob> <school code> <centre number>’ and send it at 7738299899. Mention your date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format.

    IVRS: Interactive Voice Response System has also been put in place by NIC and students can get their CBSE class 10 results by dialing 24300699 if they are residents of Delhi and 011 – 24300699 for those who reside in states other than Delhi.

    Mobile Apps: CBSE class 10 results can also be accessed through the mobile app UMANG. The app is available for Android, iOS as well as Windows users. Microsoft Organizer App is another application that can help you access your result by entering school code, roll number, and date of birth.
