The third-semester result of Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Located at the district headquarters of Dungarpur, in which all students were declared failed has created unrest in the campus of the Institute.
After the declaration of the result students of the Institue came together to protest against the university and the examination committee and sought to modify the test results. They urged the center instructors and the Principal to do an investigation into the matter.
In ITI, the third-semester exam for the four trade that is Fetter, Turner, Electrician, and wireman, was held in February, and examination results were declared recently where all 62 students of the center were announced fail. Being frustrated all the trainees gathered in the center. They meet the principal and discussed results, and told that if results will not modify, we will go for the indefinite strike.
Last year was also, during the declration of result of the diesel mechanic all students were announced fail. After that, University of Jodhpur revised the results and declared all as passed out. Sources told that examination charge was given to a private company of Delhi. Including Dungarpur, Sawada, Alwar and private ITIs in the state having same issues.
ITI’s Principal- Mr. R.L. Rout said that Results announced for four trades, all students were failed. In the answer sheet of Science and Mathematics of fireman and electrician, only academic marks were linked. There is something technical problem. This problem is also encountered in other districts of the state. We E- mailed to all including examination committee, controller, Director and Deputy Director to rectify the matter.
