CSIR NET December 2025 Extended Registration Window Closing Today
CSIR NET December 2025 extended registration window is closing today, October 27, at 11:50 PM. The NTA is conducting the registration process from September 25, 2025, on behalf of the CSIR. Students who have not registered for the nationality eligibility test yet must note that this will be the last opportunity for them to apply for the exam.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research arranges the entrance test for those who wish to take up teaching careers or pursue a PhD in the Science or Technology stream. The last date for application fee payment after the registration deadline is October 28, 2025. Following the completion of the registration process, the application correction window will be activated from October 30 to November 1, 2025.

Some important points to remember while registering for the CSIR NET December 2025 are mentioned here for your reference:
The application form for CSIR CET December 2025 can be filled out only on csirnet.nta.nic.in.
If any student submits multiple applications for the same course, the registration portal will only accept the first submission and reject the others.
The entire registration process will be held online, including document uploading, choice-filling, and fee payment.
The application fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI only.
It is important to keep a copy of the payment confirmation receipt as proof of your successful registration.
- The application fee is nonrefundable once paid, and under no circumstances will it be refunded to the applicant even if the application is rejected.
Therefore, if you have not already registered for the CSIR NET December 2025, this is your last chance to complete the application form submission. Post the application deadline, no more requests for applicant registration will be entertained by the NTA.
