DME MP NEET PG Revised Counselling Dates 2025 OUT; Revised merit list to be published on December 4DME MP NEET PG Revised Counselling Dates 2025 Released: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has now released the revised schedule of NEET PG 2025 counselling, which brings some relief to the PG medical aspirants in the state. The NEET PG counselling for the state is conducted for admission to MD, MS, MDS and PG Diploma seats in government and private medical colleges of the state of Madhya Pradesh. This allows for better understanding and relief among the thousands of aspiring doctors who were waiting for new dates to proceed with admissions. The revision is a result of nationwide updation due to a change in the seat matrix and revised deadlines issued by MCC, which has led to schedule revisions by many states.
According to the revised schedule, the Round 1 provisional merit list for DME MP NEET PG counselling will be declared on December 4, 2025 . This list will consist of candidates who are shortlisted as per their NEET PG scores, category and state domicile. When the provisional list is issued, candidates can check their information and make preparations for the subsequent phase of counselling.

Following the release of the merit list, candidates are required to log in to the official DME counselling portal to know their status. Selected candidates will be proceeded to the choice filling and locking round, where they must give preferences to the colleges and specializations of their interests. Candidates are advised to opt wisely - especially for more competitive clinical branches such as Radiology, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics &, and Dermatology, where demand is high, and seat availability is limited.
