Documents Required for RSMSSB CHO Application 2022: The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board is inviting online applications for the recruitment of Community Health Officers (CHO) under the National Health Mission. A total of 3,531 candidates will be appointed for the CHO post based on their merit in the written examination. The application process for the same is underway, so candidates who are interested in the position can apply online before December 7, 2022. Listed below are the documents that need to be kept ready for uploading during the application process:

• A valid identity proof issued by the Government, for instance – Aadhaar card/PAN Card/Driving license/Passport/Voter ID etc. 

• Category/Scribe certificate (if applicable)

• Academic certificates

• Previous marksheets

• Scanned copy of the latest passport-size photographs

• Scanned copy of signature

• A valid email ID and mobile number

• Credit card/Debit card/UPI/Net banking details for online payment of application fee

To avoid last-minute hassles, candidates are advised to keep all the necessary documents handy in a folder. The above set of documents will also be required at the time of verification on the day of the RSMSSB CHO 2022 examination.

RSMSSB CHO Recruitment 2022 – How to Apply Online 

To apply for the NHM Rajasthan CHO recruitment 2022, candidates will need to log in to the official portal of the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board – www.rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in – and register themselves with a unique user ID and password. Once registered successfully, candidates can access the online application form, fill out the details as specified, and upload relevant documents (listed above). Finally, the applications need to be submitted along with the required fees. 

Applicants are advised to be attentive when uploading the documents so as to meet the prescribed format and size. Otherwise, the Board may not accept the applications.
