The report stated that the detailed marksheet for each subject was released recently and 60 students were marked absent and hence declared as failed. The list includes both second year and final year students.

A large number of students visited DU's examination department and asking for a solution, they were told to wait for another 15 days until the matter is looked into, the daily reported. The students are alleging that the University have deliberately failed them.
One of the students, Tarun Narang, who was marked failed told "We had given the examination and now have been marked absent in the Evidence Law paper. Now the examination department is asking us to bring the attendance sheet, how will students access it?”
