Reputed Chennai based MNC, EDCO India conducted placement drive at CR Engineering College on 5-June-2016. Placement drive was conducted by HR officials of the company, Mr. Karthik and Mr. Elumalai. Placement drive was open for B.Tech and MBA students of the college. HR officials of the company were welcomed in a grand manner by the college management and students. Placement drive was inaugurated by Principal of the college, YS Tagore. Officials of the company introduced the company and explained the process of interview.
Three rounds of interview were conducted which included a preliminary aptitude test, group discussion and a personal interview. Placement drive received a moderate response as a total number of 84 students participated in the placement drive. Out of them 10 students got placed in the final round i.e. personal interview. HR official of the company congratulated the students and gave them their offer letters. Selected students are offered an annual package of Rs. 2, 00,000.
College principal, Mr. Tagore said, “The College conducts off campus placement drives every year. The placement received a good appreciation from parents and residents of the region. The college is planning to organize a mega placement drive this month. Details will be announced soon”.
