• During the GPAT application form submission, the candidates should select exam centres as per their preferences, where they want to take the exam
• The availability of the city choice will depend solely on that particular city 
• The exam centre allotment will be done based on the first cone first serve basis
• While choosing the test centre, if the candidates do not find any seat available in the respective State/ UTs where they want to appear in GPAT, then they should select "OTHERS" from the list

Yes, the candidates will get an opportunity to edit the GPAT 2026 application form, if required. • Set the scanner to 200 dpi
• Save the scanned thumb impression as .jpg/.jpeg format 
• Crop the rectangular box area
• Size of the thumb impression should be less than 80 KB

• Draw a rectangular box of size 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM on a white sheet, in which the tnum impression should be done
• Use only a black/ blue colour ink pad for taking a thumb impression 
• The thumb impression should be clear and readable, and the same should not be light or smudged
• For impression, the candidates should clean their hands and then dry them 
• Gently press the left thumb on the ink pad. Do not press too much

• Signature should be done only in black or blue ink pen

• There should not be any shadow of a hand/ smartphone/ camera on the signature sheet

• Upload a recent photograph (which is not more than 3 months old)

GPAT 2026 Exam Notificiation: Who is eligible for GPAT registration?

• Candidates who have appeared for or qualified for the B.Pharm exam can fill out the GPAT application form
• Candidates who are in the pre-final year (that is, in the 3rd year) of the B.Pharm exam, and whose 4th year results will be declared before the commencement of the MPharm academic course for 2026-27, can also appear for the GPAT exam

Note that the candidates who are ineligible for the GPAT application form fill-up process will not be able to appear for the GPAT exam.
