GPAT Application Form 2026 Opens TODAY at 5 PM: Check registration fee details

The GPAT 2026 application form has been released on natboard.edu.in, with registrations open from December 23, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online till January 12 for the exam scheduled on March 7, 2026.

GPAT Application Form 2026: The application process for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026 has started by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) today, December 23, 2025, at 5 PM, natboard.edu.in. Candidates who are pharmacy graduates or final year B.Pharm can now apply for this national-level entrance examination for admission in M.Pharm courses in institutes that are located in India.

Aspiring candidates who wish to appear for GPAT 2026 should fill in and submit the application form by January 12, 2026 . The candidates need to double-check all the personal, academic, and contact information before submitting, to upload the required documents, and to pay the relevant fee to ensure a smooth registration process. The date for the conduct of GPAT 2026 is March 7, 2026 . and it will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at various exam centres across the country.

Follow these simple online steps to complete your GPAT 2026 registration and application form before the deadline.

Visit the NBEMS official website, natboard.edu.in.
Tap the GPAT 2026 registration/application link.
Select the New Registration link.
Type in name, date of birth, email Id and mobile number.
Create a password and click on submit to receive the regn ID.
Sign in with the registration ID and password.
Enter your personal, academic, and contact information.
Specify your category and exam city choices.
Upload a scanned passport-size photo.
Upload your scanned signature in the prescribed format.
Verify all details entered in the form thoroughly.
The application fee is to be paid through credit/debit card/netbanking.
Click on Final Submit to complete the form.

GPAT 2026 Application Fees

The fee for the GPAT 2026 application differs among categories and should be remitted online at the time of application submission.

• General / OBC / EWS: Rs 3,500

• SC / ST / PwD: Rs 2,500 (The fee is non-refundable, and you have to pay it before application submission.)

Candidates are advised to download the confirmation page for their records after successful submission. NBEMS also advised the applicants to visit the official website frequently for any further information related to the release of the admit card, instructions for the exam, and announcement of results.
