The third cutoff list of the University of Delhi popularly known as DU was announced this Monday i.e. 11th July’ 16. Many colleges have already closed admission for most courses and Hindu College falls under that list. Hindu College had 800 seats at the undergraduate level and 790 out of them are filled. College has closed admission for following courses:
- Botany (Hons)
- Political Science (Hons)
- BA (Programme)
- Zoology (Hons)
The college filled 75 seats after the declaration of third cut off but there are chances for admission if there is any cancellation.
SRCC-Shri Ram College of Commerce also is in the running to be part of the list of admission closed colleges. The college filled almost 100 seats after the announcement of the third cutoff list.
Colleges offering commerce courses are filling seats faster than any other course. Like 16 out of 53 commerce colleges have closed admission.
On the other hand, college like Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma (ARSD) is having problems filling up the seats. The college has filled only 450 seats out of the 1179 seats that they are offering.
A student can only take admission till 13th July’ 16 under the third cutoff and the fourth cutoff is expected on 14th July’ 16.
