Ministry of State for HRD, Mr. Satya Pal Singh launched LEAP (Leadership for Academicians Programme) and ARPIT (Annual Refresher Programme in Teaching) on November 13, 2018. ARPIT is one such programme that will play a vital role in empowering the teaching faculty.

Addressing the gathering during the launch of LEAP and ARPIT programmes, Mr. Satya Pal Singh indicated that developing good teachers is a challenging task, and programmes like LEAP and ARPIT would be successful if teachers evince good commitment. Through these programmes, teachers will develop competence and confidence, he hoped.
