. Candidates who have completed the round 1 registration successfully can participate in the ICAR choice filling process. To exercise the choices, the candidates should visit the official website-
icarcounseling.com
on or before
October 17.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter any choices after the last date of the ICAR Round 1 choice filling. Post that the authority will release the ICAR round 1 seat allotment result on
October 21,
based on the choices filled by the candidates and on their merit ranks in the qualified exam.

Candidates can refer to the following instructions related to the ICAR Round 1 choice filling 2025 in the following section:
- Candidates should choose the subject and the university one by one. It is necessary to enter the maximum number of choices
- Before the last date, the candidates can add/ modify/ delete the choices of subjects/ universities any number of times
- Post that, on the date of choice filling modifications, the candidates will have the provision of interchange/ downward/ upward movement during the stipulated time
- Once the choice filling window is closed, the candidates will not be allowed to exercise the choices again, or the authority will not extend the last date of choice filling
- To fill out the choices, the candidates should enter their login credentials
- Before closing the choice-filling window, the candidates should lock the choices. Once the choices are frozen, the candidates will not be allowed to edit the choices
