ICAR Round 3 Seat Allotment Result 2025: Upgradation Guidelines
Candidates who are dissatisfied with their seats can choose to quit the counselling process or upgrade them. The guidelines for upgrading seats allocated in ICAR Round 3 Seat Allotment PDF 2025 are as follows:
- Candidates can opt for upgradation after document verification and payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee (Rs. 10,000).
- No additional Seat Acceptance Fee is required for upgradation.
- If a candidate gets a better choice, their initially allotted seat will be forfeited, and they must accept the upgraded seat.
- If a candidate does not get a better choice, their initially allotted seat will be retained.
- Upgraded candidates will be marked as "Admitted" by default and must report to the upgraded university on the specified date.
- Candidates must verify the date of registration and additional document requirements with the upgraded university before reporting.
- Failure to report will result in cancellation of admission and forfeiture of Fellowship/Scholarship (if any).
