Professor Abhishek Mishra, faculty of IIM Indore and the conference convenor said that nowadays instead of adopting the traditional one-way passive reception of brand offerings and product, the customers prudently look for ones where the creation of value happens. And marketing plays a significant role in facilitating user-brand interactions for the promotion of product offerings with personalised marketing attempts keeping aside the onus of brands, he added.
This conference will continue till 29th July. It will be organised in two independent levels. Three parallel workshops will be organised on the first day of the event. Various keynote speeches, paper presentations and panel discussions are planned for the second and the third day of the conference.
