IIM Sambalpur Launches Delhi I-Hub Chapter to Boost Alumni Startups & Innovation for making connections with entrepreneurs, alumni, and industrial partners across the National Capital Region.

IIM Sambalpur Launches Delhi I-Hub Chapter to Boost Alumni Startups & Innovation: IIM Sambalpur has announced the launch of the Delhi Chapter of I-Hub Foundation, which aims to foster innovation-driven entrepreneurship for Viksit Bharat 2047. The launch of the Delhi I-Hub chapter was conducted at the curtain raiser of Marmagya 10.0, the tenth edition, the annual business conclave of IIM Sambalpur, and hosted at the Delhi campus.

The primary aim of the I-Hub Foundation is to make connections with entrepreneurs, alumni, and industrial partners across the National Capital Region, as well as to boost the entrepreneurial activities by expanding the innovation opportunities, investment for policymakers, corporate leaders, and investors etc.

At that event, Vibhor Jain, Acting CFO & CEO of ONDC, the Chief Guest, and Altaf Hussain, the Head of HR at ITC, as the Guest of Honour, Farhana Haque, Senior Director- Customer Consulting, Microsoft Asia, as the Keynote Speaker, were honoured. Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal, the Director of IIM Sambalpur, mentioned that the Delhi Chapter of I-Hub Foundation entered into a new chapter of its journey for connecting and collaborating ecosystem for innovation.

On the other hand, the Guest of Honour, Altaf Hussain, the Head of HR, ITC Ltd., Haridwar and President of NHRDN Uttarakhand Chapter, stated that the Delhi I-Hub focuses on the 5Cs of true leadership, which are Core, Coach, Congratulate, Connect, Contribute. The Keynote Speaker added that the true rise of the Global South initiates after the progress circles back to uplift the society.

The theme of the 10th edition of Marmagya is to navigate the businesses in a Polar world. So that the flagship business conclave can bring together the CXOs, industry experts, policymakers, entrepreneurs and students for exchanging ideas, debating challenges and exploring the future of the businesses. Already, Marmagya has served as a premier platform at IIM Sambalpur for the past few decades. In addition, the new launch of the I-Hub foundation will focus more on innovation, integrity and inclusiveness.
