IIM Udaipur celebrated its 10th convocation by awarding an MBA degree to 392 students including one Ph.D student. There were 317 students from the two-year MBA, 37 students of one-year MBA GSCM, and 37 students from one-year MBA DEM.
IIM Udaipur celebrated its 10th convocation by awarding an MBA degree to 392 students including one Ph.D student. There were 317 students from the two-year MBA (batch 2020-2022), 37 students of one-year MBA GSCM, and 37 students from one-year MBA DEM (batch 2021-2022). The convocation ceremony was held on 27th April Wednesday and the Chairman and Managing Director of ITC Ltd, Mr. Sanjiv Puri was invited as a chief guest. Prof Janat Shah, Director, IIM Udaipur, Mr. Pankaj Patel, Chairman, Board of Governors, were also invited to the ceremony.
In the convocation ceremony, Ajeesh Kumar BK was awarded a gold medal for scholastic performance in one year GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) course. The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Degree in Marketing was awarded to Arti Srivastava. Tatta Mohan Krishna was awarded a gold medal for one year DEM (Digital Enterprise Management) course. Kusumit Goyal, Pallavi Goyal, and Shivam Kumar were jointly awarded a gold medal for scholastic performance in the two-year MBA course. Diksha from a two-year MBA course was titled 'The best all-round students'.

Mr. Sanjiv Puri, the Chairman and Managing Director of ITC Ltd said that "The world is changing at an unprecedented magnitude. Digital and sustainability are the defining trends for the next decade. This is the beginning of a new era where resilience and reliability are the dynamics of the geopolitical ecosystem. In the 1990s, when the Indian economy was opening up, a massive transition happened." He further added, "It was then thought the coming generations would never witness these transformations. Today, it's even more dramatic and profound. It created the desire in people to change, empowered and skilled them to adapt to the new normal".

Prof, Janat Shah, the director of IIM Udaipur added, "It is a momentous occasion as we celebrate the convocation ceremony of our tenth batch with the Institute. It has been the most eventful and remarkable year for the IIMU community as we completed a decade of our establishment".
Earlier, IIM Udaipur hosted a convention for the alumni of the Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 in physical mode as the 8th & 9th Convocations had been held online last year.
