IIT JAM Counselling 2026 Process
The step by step counselling process can be found below:
Login to the JOAPS portal to register using the required credentials & details.
Pay the requisite fee and list preferences for M.Sc. programs and IITs.
The next step will be seat allocation. The seat allocation will be based on AIR and preferences.
After that, you will have to choose either to accept & freeze, accept with upgrade, or reject & quit.
Pay the booking fee of INR 15,000/- for GEN/ OBC, or INR 5,000/- for SC/ST/PwD.
Upload the required documents and get them verified. Post verification, you will be granted final admission.
