JEE Main 2026 Registration: List of important documents required

The NTA started the JEE Main 2026 Registration process on October 31 and will continue till November 27. Candidates should upload the list of required documents as per the specifications and complete the process before the last date.

JEE Main 2026 Registration: The National Testing Agency commenced the JEE Main 2026 registration process for the Session 1 exam on October 31, 2025. Candidates should visit the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in and complete registration on or before November 27. During the registration process, the candidates should upload a list of required documents as per the specifications. Otherwise, the JEE Main application form for the Session 1 exam 2026 might be rejected. Before submitting the JEE Main 2026 application form, the candidates are advised to click on the preview option, so that they will get to know whether all the documents are correctly uploaded or not. As per the official notice, the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be held from January 21 to 30.

JEE Main 2026 Registration: List of Important Documents Required

Candidates should upload the list of following documents during the JEE Main 2026 registration process.

Scanned copies of the Class 10 and 12 certificates
Aadhar card details
Scanned copies of passport-sized recent photographs and a digital image of the signature
- The photograph should be coloured and needs to be clicked against a white or light-colored background. Note that at the bottom of the photograph, there should be the names of the candidates and their date of birth. Candidates do not upload any unclear photographs
- The signature of the candidates should be done on white paper, using a black inked pen, and then scanned and uploaded
Category certificates by the reserved category candidates (if required)
