NTA usually releases the result within 6 hours after the final answer key; hence, the result was expected by 8 PM or 9 PM on April 18, if it was released as usual. As it was not released then, the results were likely at midnight of April 18-19 as NTA has been releasing the results around the same time for the past few sessions and accordingly, the result was released at 11:58 PM on April 18.
