Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is inviting online applications for free UPSC civil services exam coaching from Minority/ SC/ ST and women candidates. June 25, 2019, is the last date to register for free civil services coaching offered by JMI.
Jamia Millia Islamia or JMI will conduct an entrance examination for selecting the candidates for the free civil services coaching programme. JMI has been offering free coaching for civil services exams for the last two years. The entrance examination will take place on July 07, 2019. Interested candidates can complete the registration process on or before June 25, 2019. JMI will offer the same to Minority/ SC/ ST and women candidates. Candidates belonging to only these categories can register for the same.
JMI will enrol 200 students for the UPSC free civil services coaching programme. The coaching will be offered through Residential Coaching Academy set up by the institute in 2010. In Civil Services Exam 2016, a total number of 29 candidates from Residential Coaching Academy qualified in the examination. Among them, two have made it to IPS, 5 to IAS and the rest to the Customs, Revenue and Railways. Among the qualified candidates, nine were women. The third rank holder of UPSC civil services exam 2018, Mr. Junaid Ahmed took free coaching from JMI.
An official associated with the Residential Coaching Academy revealed that the coaching programme would consist of intensive coaching, mock interviews and mock test series. On the other hand, students would also be given access to the library facility which is open 24 hours. JMI will conduct the entrance examination in 12 centres across the country.

- After visiting the official website, click on ‘Notification for Free Coaching’ link.
- You can see the link towards the left-hand side of the page.
- Read the notification carefully and click on the registration link.
- You can find the registration link in the official notification.
- Click on the link and complete the registration process.
