JoSAA Counselling 2025 Second Mock Allotment Releasing TodayJoSAA Counselling 2025 Second Mock Allotment Releasing Today: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is all set to release the second mock seat allotment for JoSAA Counselling 2025 today, June 11, 2025. Candidates who have registered for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs through JoSAA can check their second mock allotment result by logging in at the official website – josaa.nic.in. The JoSAA mock allotment 2 is prepared on the basis of the candidates’ choices filled till the deadline and their JEE Main or JEE Advanced ranks. The mock allotment helps candidates to understand the possible seat allocation based on their preferences and rank before the final allotment round begins.
Importantly, the mock allotments are not final seat allotments, and candidates still have the option to modify, reorder, or lock their preferences accordingly. The registration and choice-filling process for JoSAA 2025 began on June 5, 2025, and will remain open until June 12, 2025.

JoSAA Second Mock Allotment 2025: Steps to Download
To check the JoSAA 2025 second mock allotment result, candidates must follow these steps:
Visit the official JoSAA website.
Click on the “Candidate Login” link on the homepage.
Enter your JEE Main Application Number, Password, and the Security PIN.
After logging in, click on the link for Mock Allotment – Round 2.
The mock allotment result will be displayed on the screen. Download and save it for future reference.
Only after analysing their allotment in the second mock allotment, candidates must refine their preference list and lock the choices. The last date to lock the choices is June 12.

This year, JoSAA counselling will be completed in six rounds. Admission to IITs will be based on JEE Advanced 2025 ranks, while for NITs, IIEST, IIITs, and other GFTIs, allotments will be made based on JEE Main 2025 ranks.
