Karnataka DCET Application Form 2022 has been released today, September 27, 2022, at 11:30 AM. Diploma holders wishing admission in Karnataka state to 2nd year engineering courses of any branch under lateral entry can apply for Karnataka DCET 2022 examination at the official website of Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) at https://kea.kar.nic.in. KEA will conduct the Karnataka DCET examination for a total of 100 marks in a single shift from 10 AM to 1 PM, whose date will soon be conveyed.
To apply, candidates first need to register at the portal and pay the application fee, whose deadline is October 7, 5:30 PM. Once the successful fee payment has been made, a link for the application form will be opened through the registered candidate login. The last date to fill out and submit the online application form is October 7, 11:59 PM.

Simple steps to apply for KEA DCET 2022 exam are outlined below:
Step 1: Go to kea.kar.nic.in or click here.
Step 2: Under the ‘Latest Announcements’ section, click on ‘DCET 2022 Online Application Link’. The page will now be redirected to cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/dcet2022.
Step 3: Register using your basic details such as name, mobile number, etc. and the given application fee using online payment gateways (credit/debit card and net banking).
Step 4: Go to cetonline.karnataka.gov.in again and log in using your transaction and other details as asked.
Step 5: Fill out the application form and recheck all the details before making the final submission.

Important instructions to fill out Karnataka DCET 2022 Application Form are as follows:
- The application form must only be filled out online from the official website. Offline applications are not valid.
- No window for application correction will be provided. Therefore, all details must carefully be checked before submission.
- The information regarding caste/category/income will not be changed under any circumstances and the same information will be used at the time of counselling and admission process.
- Candidates wishing to claim reservations under the caste category or Kalyana Karnataka must enter the RD number in the online application form.
