The candidates who will be attending this round must make sure that they know about the PGCET 3rd phase counselling dates. As per the schedule announced, the seat matrix will be published on November 4, 2025. This will follow the Karnataka PGCET options entry from November 4-6, 2025. The candidates who did not get any seats in the first and second rounds and are willing to take part in this round can participate by paying a caution fee of INR 25,000/-and entering fresh options.

If the candidates wish to participate in the Karnataka PGCET Counselling 3rd round, then they will be required to meet the essential eligibility criteria. Furthermore, the criteria of Karnataka PGCET final round counselling 2025 define those students who took part in the 1st and 2nd round but were not able to secure any seats and want to take part in the 3rd round.
