For admissions through Karnataka UG NEET Counselling 2025, the Karnataka Education Authority (KEA) will conduct the counselling process. KEA will hold a counselling process for 85% of government college seats and 100% of private college seats. The remaining 15% of seats from the government colleges will be filled by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). There are 7995 private MBBS seats divided across 45 private medical institutions and 3750 government MBBS seats spread across 24 government medical colleges in Karnataka. In addition, there are 185 seats available in three government dental institutions and 3380 private BDS seats available in 45 private dental colleges.

Candidates shall note that, as per the KEA counselling process, registrations will be first stage, followed by document verification, then choice filling. After choices are filled, mock allotment will be released, and candidates will have the opportunity to make changes to it. The final seat allotment will be released considering all changes as filled by the aspirants.
