KCET Results 2022 will be released at kea.kar.nic.in on Saturday, July 30, 2022, tentatively by afternoon. The direct link to check the result along with other relevant information is given below.
KCET Results 2022: Putting a pause to the long wait of students, KCET Result 2022 will finally be released online today, July 30, 2022, as earlier declared by the Honourable Education Minister of Kerala, Dr. C. N. Ashwathnarayan. Along with the results, KCET 2022 Rank Card will also be issued. Candidates will be able to download their result scorecard as well as rank card from the official website of KEA, https://kea.kar.nic.in. It shall however be noted that, unlike the results, the rank cards will only be released for the students who have qualified for KCET 2022.
While the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) was conducted far back from June 16 to 18 and its answer keys were also released shortly after on June 21, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) could not declare the results for KCET until the issuance of the CBSE 12th results. KCET 2022 shares 50% weightage with class 12th board examinations so even after the home board of Karnataka had given out results, KCET Results had to be withheld. After CBSE released its class 12 results on July 22, KEA allowed up to July 26 for the candidates to upload their marks on the KEA portal, after which KCET Result 2022 is declared on July 30, the exact time for which is not stated.

KCET Results 2022: Steps to Check
To check your KCET 2022 Result, follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Go to the official website of KEA at https://kea.kar.nic.in or https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.
Step 2: On the homepage of this website, a section for ‘Latest Announcements’ is given. Under it, a link for ’UGCET/KCET 2022 Results’ will be made available with the release of the results.
Step 3: Upon accessing the link, in the subsequent login window that will appear, the candidate is required to input their login credentials (Login ID/Registration Number and Password) in the respective fields. Also retype the captcha code.
Step 4: After successful login, the result for the input credentials will be displayed on the screen.
KCET Rank Card 2022
KEA will release the rank cards for all qualifiers of KCET examination. This rank card consists of the discipline-wise ranks the candidate has achieved based on their KCET score. All further counselling activities will be carried out based on these ranks. KCET 2022 Rank Card can be downloaded from kea.kar.nic.in by following similar steps as that of the results.

Note: If KCET Rank Card 2022 displays ‘Awaiting Results’, the respective ranks for those disciplines will be released after the concerned ranks are released by the competent authorities.
What After KCET Results 2022?
After the declaration of KCET 2022 Result, the first and foremost thing the candidates must do is to check if the details mentioned on the result are correct or not. As this result will be required at the time of verification of documents during the counselling process, if any discrepancy in regards to other official documents of the candidates is found, it may lead to the disqualification of the candidate. If such a discrepancy is found, candidates shall immediately report it via WhatsApp on the following number: 9741388123 or email it at keauthority-ka@nic.in.
To be eligibile for KCET Counselling, the General Category candidates have to score at least 50% while SC/ST/OBC Category candidates have to score 40%.
