KEAM – 2016 Admission Counselling Commenced

The counselling of Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical examination was commenced on 23-June-2016 . This examination was conducted for the admission into various engineering courses at various government and private colleges across Kerala. The examination was conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.

The examination was held on 25 th and 26the April 2016 across various centres in India. The results were declared on 25-May-2016. The KEAM ranks have been declared on 20-June-2016 and released the schedule for counselling. The counselling commenced smoothly on 23-June-2016.

The online selection of options will end on 28-June-2016 . The students who fail to register themselves by 28 th June will not be considered under ‘Central Allotment Process’ (CAP).

The CEE has also released the fee structure for the academic year 2016-2017.

  • The course fee at Government/Aided Engineering and Architecture Colleges is Rs. 8,225.
  • Whereas the course fee at various private colleges is Rs. 35,000 for engineering and Rs. 55,000 for Architecture.
  • The course fee for management seats is Rs. 65,000 for engineering.

The fee concession is given only to the candidates who joined through Cental Allotment Process.
