KSET 2025 Exam on November 2; Check dress code for male and female candidates

The KEA will conduct the KSET exam 2025 on November 2, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM. The male and female candidates should follow the dress code that should be worn on the examination day.

KSET 2025 Exam: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will conduct the KSET 2025 exam on November 2, 2025 , in a single shift, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Already, the authority has released the KSET admit card on the official website, where the candidates will find out the allotted exam centre name. Candidates should report to the allotted exam centre on the examination day to appear for the exam. As per the official notice, the KSET 2025 exam will be held on 300 marks, where the candidates will have to answer 150 questions. Candidates will get 2 marks for every correctly marked answer; whereas no negative marking will be there for the incorrect answers and unattempted questions.

KSET 2025 Exam: Dress Code for Candidates

Dress Code for Male Candidates:

  • Wear half-sleeve shirts and collarless shirts are mostly preferred wherever possible
  • Trousers without pockets or with minimal pockets are mostly preferred dress code for the male candidates. Note that the kurta, Pyjamas, and jeans should not be worn on examination day
  • The clothes should be light, that is, there should be no zip pockets, large buttons, or any elaborate embroidery
  • Do not wear shoes inside the exam hall. Candidates should wear sandals or flat-soled slippers
  • Candidates should not wear any metal jewellery around the neck. Try to avoid earrings and bracelets

Dress Code for Female Candidates:

  • The female candidates are prohibited from wearing clothes with flowers, embroidery, or buttons
  • Do not wear jeans/ full-sleeved clothes on the examination day; instead, the candidates should wear half-sleeved clothes
  • Candidates should not wear high heels, sandals, or shoes; instead, they should wear thin-soled slippers/ sandals
  • Except Mangalsutra and the Toe ring, the candidates should not wear any kind of metal jewellery
