Amar Swathwik Thogiti from India is amongst the youngest and the most famous YouTubers who gives Geography lessons to the UPSC aspirants. He began his Youtube channel “Learn with Amar” in 2016 when he was just 10-years-old.
13-year-old Amar Swathwik Thogiti from India is amongst the youngest and the most famous YouTubers (content creator). He is helping UPSC civil servants prepare for the exam. He has learned some hacks from his father (a government school teacher) and began his Youtube channel “Learn with Amar” in 2016 when he was just 10-years-old. Currently, he has more than 1,87,000 subscribers.
He said that he used to like playing with Atlas when he was in class 5th. His father saw that and started teaching him geography. Once, during the sessions, Amar enacted teaching a Geography lesson when his mother recorded a video and uploaded it online. He got a good response and post that, he has been publishing videos.

He started his channel with geography where he teaches tricks to remember the names and locations of rivers, countries etc. He is now planning to expand his channel to include economics and political science lessons as well. Amar is also a UPSC aspirant who wants to work with the government to make the nation corruption-free. He wants to be an IAS officer and make the country a better place.
Videos are also published on his YouTube channel as per the users’ demands. A lot of viewers are the ones preparing for competitive exams and they post requests based on which, he learns subjects and creates videos. It takes him roughly about two weeks to research a particular topic, then he learns about it, practices it a few times and then shoots it.
His younger brother Angh Vignesh who is 10-years-old also supports Amar and has produced about 10-13 videos on the same channel. Amar’s father Goverdhan Achary Thogiti believes that his children are talented and he teaches them the same hacks which he teaches other teachers. He said that his sons are quick at grasping things and he wants his sons to study in the city after they pass class 10th but till the time they are with him, he wants to teach them so that they can pursue knowledge.

Amar also has an interest in cosmology and also likes watching videos on the same during his free time. His favourite subjects are physics and math. He also likes to read books, and his favourite books are ‘The Alchemist’ and ‘The Brief History of Time’
