Applicants can enter their course and college choices basis the seat matrix through their candidate login at cetcell.net.in. Aspirants must note that the option form window will remain open until September 12, 2023 (until 11: 59 PM). Based on the choices, the selection list for CAP Round 1 will be made available on September 14, 2023.

Aspirants must look at the instructions specified below before exercising choices online for Maharashtra NEET UG AYUSH and Paramedical CAP Round 1.
- Visit the official website of NEET UG i.e., cetcell.net.in.
- Click on the ‘NEET UG AYUSH and Paramedical CAP Round 1 Option Form 2023’ link on the homepage.
- Log in to the candidate portal using your credentials.
- Enter your choices for colleges and courses (Ayush and Allied courses only).
- Hit the submit button.
- Candidates can also save or take a hardcopy of the entry choices in Maharashtra NEET UG AYUSH and Paramedical CAP Round 1 option form 2023 for the further counselling process.
In case candidates are dissatisfied with the seats allotted in the CAP first round, they are eligible to participate in additional rounds to improve/upgrade their seats. After the third round of CAP (also known as the final counselling round), however, there will be no option for seat upgrades. All original documents pertaining to the application must be submitted to the allotted institutes.
