A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth between Mukul Madhav Foundation and Finolex Industries for the overall development of Agriculture education sector. The MoU is signed to provide scholarship facilities to 59 agriculture students in the college. The Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF) is the CSR partner of Finolex Industries.
In the presence of K. P. Viswanatha, the Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, the MoU was signed by the Managing Trustee of the Mukul Madhav foundation, Ms. Ritu Prakash Chhabria and Mr. Devang Trivedi, the company secretary of Finolex Industries Limite. The MoU was signed to give scholarship assistance to 36 Undergraduate, 20 Postgraduate and 3 doctoral level Ph.D students in the institute who belong from an economically backward background.
For the wards of migrants to Pune from Marathwada and Vidarbha, the Finolex Industries jointly with Mukul Madhav foundation is starting to provide meals two times a day. A total of 130 students will be brought under the two-meal a day initiative by the companies. Ms Chhabria informed that the students will also be given assistance for their higher education and competitive examinations.

Not only that, Finolex and MMF together are working hard for the betterment of the agriculture sector, with this aim, they have rolled out RAWE (Rural Agriculture Work Experience) program in which, they will give agriculture students experience in farm works. Under the initiative, each of the students will be asked to assess the needs of a specific village and to work with the industries to identify farmer problems and address those with modern solutions with the help of the university.
