The management of Sarada ITI College, Repalle, Guntur District conducted a Mega Job Fair at College premises on 29-May-2016. Reputed MNC companies, Tata Business Solutions and Fuzzoland took part in the job fair. The company officials were welcomed in a grand manner by the college management. The job fair commenced at 9.00 AM and continued till 3.00 PM.
College principal, n. Venkateswara Rao said, “The main motive of organizing this job fair is to provide employment opportunities for rural educated youth. The job fair was conducted for UG and B.Tech and intermediate pass outs of 2015-2016. The job fair received a grand response as a total number of 190 candidates attended the interviews. The interviews were conducted by Company Officials, Mr. Balaji and Mr. Amar”.
A total number of 65 candidates secured jobs in the interviews. The candidates were selected based on the personal interview conducted by the company officials. A total number of 30 candidates selected for Fuzzoland and a total number of 35 candidates selected for Tata Business Services. The selected candidates are offered annual packages ranging from Rs.1, 00,000 to Rs. 2, 00,000 basing on their performance and qualification. A total number of 30 candidates were called for second round of interview at Hyderabad apart from 65 selected candidates.
