Results of MHT-CET , the state's single medical and engineering entrance exam, will be declared today on 1st June 2016.
Students of the state of Maharashtra are waiting for CET results eagerly.The admission process will start soon after the results declarations.This year engineering admission in the state will be done by MH-CET scores and Medical admissions also will be done on MH-CET score.
There were a lot of confusion in students between MH-CET and NEET.
But Maharashtra government won the petition filed in the court against NEET and admission in the state colleges will be done on the basis of MH-CET score.Chief of Directorate of Medical Education and Research ( DMER ) Dr Pravin Shingare had confirmed that the results would be declared on June 1.
The soon centralised admission process will start for the admissions in the colleges in Maharashtra.This year DTE have made some of the major changes in the admission process.Students taking admission under management quota or at institute level will have to mandatory register in DTE centralised admission process.
Admissions to engineering colleges in the state will also be done on the basis of JEE scores.The students with JEE score have to register with DTE to take part in the admission process and have to pay the fees.
