MHT CET CAP Round 3 vacant seats has been released on November 04, 2022. The vacant seats are those seats that have remained unfilled even after Round 1 and Round 2 counselling. The vacancy seat matrix for MHT CET CAP round 3 lists out the number of vacancies left at each institute/branch, total and as per the reservation categories. The seat vacancy matrix will be uploaded at fe2022.mahacet.org in PDF format. The direct download link to it is available here.
Before each round of counselling, CET Cell allows candidates to edit their option form. This enables candidates to choose the best institute-branch preference based on the combination of their scores, remaining seat vacancies, and cutoff after each round.

Instructions regarding MHT CET CAP Round 3 Vacant Seats 2022
The following are instructions concerning editing your option by implementing the seat matrix for better results:
- Go through MHT CET CAP Round 2 Cutoff 2022 to list out the colleges as per your merit range. While a candidate can more colleges above their merit range, it is advised to keep at least 10 colleges from their merit range to avoid non-allotment or non-betterment.
- Candidates can also check the previous year’s cutoff for round 3 here: MHT CET 2022 Previous Years' Cutoff PDF
- Now, open MHT CET Round 3 Seat Matrix through the direct link given above and by searching the colleges one by one, shortlist the colleges which have vacant seats. If you’re eligible for TFWS seats, note down those colleges as well.
- In Round 3 allocation, the cutoff is expected to be lowered by an average of 3 to 5 percentile, although it may vary with institute and course.
