The management of Malineni Perumal Engineering College organized Orientation program for the first year polytechnic students on 13-June-2016. The orientation program was conducted to introduce college, academics and rule of regulations. The program commenced with lightening of lamp by the chairman of the college, Dr. Malineni Perumal. The meeting was presided by vice principal of the college, Dr. A Subramanyam.
Addressing the students Dr. Perumal spoke that, “There are lots of employment opportunities for polytechnic students. It is apt to say that, the students of polytechnic will have a bright career. The college has been successful in assuring maximum placements and acquiring a good pass percentage. Students have to develop not only technical skills but also soft skills. Students have to develop research attitude which will enable them to enhance their knowledge. Students must develop self-discipline on par with knowledge to excel in academics and career”. He wished the students for the bright academic year and welcomed them to the family of Malineni group of Institutions.
Later, principal of the college, Dr. M. Chandra Shekar explained rules and regulations of the college, semester system, internal exams and external exams and others. He wished the students, a bright academic year ahead.
