Nalanda Degree College Launches Job Oriented Courses
Nalanda Degree College, Sateenpalli, Guntur District in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh State Skills Development Corporation launched Job Oriented Courses on 19-May-2016. These courses are open for pass outs of Class –X. The college management conducted a press meet to give details about the courses.
College Correspondent, Vijaya Sarada said, “The College is a skills development center of APSSDC. The college offers skills oriented courses every year. The main motive is to make rural youth and women capable of self-employment. The training will be given by resource person of APSSDC. The training classes will commence from 23-May-2016. The training will be given in following courses:-
- Baking Technician and
- Mixing Technician
These courses enable the rural youth and women to take part in the manufacturing of Bakery items. The course is open for the candidates who have crossed or attained 18 years. The candidate must be a 10th pass out and should possess Aadhar card. The training classes will be held for a period of 30 days. The candidates who have trained under these courses will be given certificates by Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 15-07-2016 on the occasion of “World Skills day”.
Candidates who are interested join these courses can register themselves at college office on or before 24-May-2016 by submitting the photo copy of 10th class marks sheet and aadhar card along with 2 pass port size photographs. The classes will commence from 23-May-2016.
