NEET UG 2022 Exam: Follow the 5 Essential Tips to Succeed

Here are the 5 best tips to crack the NEET 2022 Exam.

Know the Syllabus

Being familiar with the syllabus is an essential step in preparing well for NEET 2022. Make sure to mainly focus on those topics that are important. Essentially, knowing the syllabus like the back of your hand will enable you to cherry-pick those topics that have greater weightage in the exam and not waste your time on the extra information available. Make sure to also check which topics you have covered in your NCERT syllabus. This will help in finding common ground between the NCERT and the NEET 2022 syllabus and will prevent you from reading the same thing over and over again, thus enabling good time management during revision.

Stick to your Timetable

The timetable that you make must be realistic. It is also important that you stick to it. The timetable must also be such that it covers the entire syllabus while you revise. Maintain a diary alongside the timetable to write down the exact reasons why you could not follow the timetable. This helps in showing exactly how much time you waste if any. Setting out long study hours is also essential because revising 2 years worth of syllabus is not a piece of cake.

Revise and Remember

Write down formulae and important points in a separate notebook. Emphasize your weak portions and try to clear all your doubts. Only revision is not the key. You also need to remember what you revise.

Understand the Exam Pattern

It is important to note exactly what the NEET 2022 exam pattern entails. You need to know that there are 200 questions in all, out of which 180 have to be answered. The question paper is divided into Section A and Section B. Section A has 35 questions each and Section B has 15 questions, out of which 10 questions have to be answered.

Practice Time Management

NEET 2022 has 180 questions that need to be answered. The time you get is 180 minutes. This means that you get 1 minute to answer every question. In order to manage your time effectively during the exam, utilize the remaining days left in practising mock tests. These will enable you to identify problem areas as well.

By following the above-mentioned tips and following a strict preparation schedule, candidates can qualify for the NEET UG 2022 exam.
